' SIBUR, Russia's largest gas processing and petrochemicals company, in the sale of a 10% shareholding in SIBUR to the Silk Road Fund, part of the Chinese 'Belt and Road' Initiative and a follow-on investment to the purchase of a 10% SIBUR stake by SINOPEC, in which she also represented SIBUR, and related shareholding arrangements.

' Gazprom, Russia's largest company and the world's largest producer of natural gas, in a highly complex $2 billion asset swap transaction with Wintershall, a subsidiary of BASF, the largest diversified chemical company in the world, pursuant to which Wintershall received a 25% interest in Achimov blocks IV and V of the Urengoy gas field in Western Siberia, while Gazprom (i) increased its participation from 50% to 100% in the gas trading and storage companies of the WINGAS group (involving primarily facilities in Germany and Austria) and in the gas trading companies WIEH (Wintershall Erdgashandelshaus Berlin) and WIEE (Wintershall Erdgashandelshaus Zug), and (ii) acquired 50% of WINZ (Wintershall Noordzee B.V.), a company engaged in oil and gas activities in North Sea areas of the Netherlands, the UK and Denmark.
