Imogen McCarthy is a member of the Intellectual Property & Technology Practice Group at Squire Sanders. Imogen’s practice covers a broad range of intellectual property issues, from advising technology companies on how to protect their intellectual property rights to advising advertising agencies and global brands on trade mark infringement issues.

Imogen completed her training contract at Squire Sanders, during which she spent time in the Intellectual Property & Technology and Litigation Practice Groups and completed a secondment at a global media and entertainment organisation.
