Howard is a partner in Pinsent Masons Pensions Group and has substantial experience in non-contentious and contentious pensions law. He has advised a wide variety of clients - from government bodies and multinational employers to pension scheme members and trade unions - on a full range of significant and complex pension issues.

Howard's focus is largely in giving commercial and innovative advice to employers and pension scheme trustees on compliance issues, and in helping to steer businesses towards the opportunities offered by pension schemes and away from their potential pitfalls.
