Helena Walsh

Helena heads up Cicero Group's Brussels team and has extensive experience of working in Government and EU Affairs. Before joining Cicero, Helena was a Political Functionnaire on the European Parliament Economic and Monetary Affairs Committee. She has also worked at the Irish Industrial Development Agency and European Commission DG Employment and Social Affairs. Helena advises clients on internal market issues and provides strategic advice on EU legislative and policy processes. She regularly provides press commentary and chairs numerous policy roundtables. She holds a Master's degree in European Social Policy Analysis and has previously lived in Denmark and Japan. In 2012 Helena was voted European Consultant of the Year at the European Public Affairs Awards.
