Heather joined the finance department of Herbert Smith Freehills LLP in 2011 having previously worked in the banking teams at a leading international law firm and the London office of one of the top US law firms.

Heather has a wide-range of experience on domestic and cross-border finance transactions with a particular focus on acquisition and leveraged finance (including private acquisitions and UK public bids), funds finance, cross-over credits and investment grade lending. Heather acts for borrowers and sponsors, lenders and financial advisers.
