Biography

Gill Dennis is a professional support lawyer. Gill is a qualified solicitor and began her career in practice at two major law firms. Her particular specialism was intellectual property law. In 2003, she joined the College of Law as a senior lecturer with responsibility for designing and delivering commercial and intellectual property training courses for, amongst others, a number of City law firms.

Gill provides professional support services to the Intellectual Property & Technology Practice, which encompasses a variety of disciplines, including commercial, intellectual property, information technology, media and advertising and data protection. Her role is to enhance client service delivery. To that end, her remit is broad, ranging from the production of client publications through to drafting precedents, team training and know-how dissemination.

She is co-author of E-Commerce and Convergence: A Guide to the Law of Digital Media (4th ed.) published in 2010.
