Dharshini Prasad is a dual-qualified lawyer in the International Arbitration Practice Group of Wilmer Cutler Pickering Hale and Dorr LLP in London. Ms Prasad has advised States, State entities and private sector firms on commercial, investment and international law issues in Asia, the Middle East, Europe and Latin America. She has also represented clients in institutional and ad hoc arbitrations under the ICC, SIAC, LCIA and UNCITRAL arbitration rules, sited in various jurisdictions and across a range of industries, including private equity, oil and gas, mining, manufacturing and technology licensing.
Prior to joining WilmerHale, Ms Prasad practiced in Singapore where her work focused on international arbitration and litigation. She also worked at the United Nations International Law Commission in Geneva on issues of international law, including the immunity of State officials and the scope and application of most-favoured nation clauses.
