Dhana has represented a broad range of clients, including operators, service providers, regulators, Governments, private equity houses and financial institutions on numerous commercial, corporate and finance transactions in the communications sector worldwide, as well as on EU and international telecoms regulatory projects. She has particular expertise in developing markets, such as the Middle East and Africa.

Dhana also has extensive experience of advising operators and other leading TMT players on a “trusted adviser” basis on a broad range of transactional and advisory matters, including outsourcings, restructurings, M&A, dispute resolution, sector specific commercial arrangements, regulatory policy and compliance.
