Dawn’s practice covers commercial, company and insolvency litigation and advisory work including company disputes, directors’ duties, personal and corporate insolvency, commercial disputes and sale of goods. She regularly appears on commercial matters in the High Court and County Courts. Regarding insolvency matters, Dawn has a wide range of experience of both corporate and personal insolvency and she undertakes work for private individuals and office holders. Dawn was also appointed Junior Counsel to the BIS (formerly, the BERR) for Directors’ Disqualification Directions hearings, between 2006 and 2009.
