Biography
David was called to the bar in 1988 and developed a practice prosecuting and defending in criminal trials. For the past 15 years his work has centred on serious and complex fraud, international bribery and corruption, civil fraud and corporate regulation. He has appeared in many of the major serious and complex fraud cases litigated in the United Kingdom. He has represented parties to International Commissions of Inquiry. He has published a number of key works in the field of fraud and corruption and lectured to lawyers and businesspeople in the United Kingdom and abroad.
After being admitted to the rank of Queen’s Counsel in 2008, David co-founded Fulcrum Chambers LLP, a firm specialising in fraud, bribery and related commercial issues.
