Chris is an experienced IEMA accredited consultant who has a background in construction industry practices. Chris is responsible for managing the commercial output and quality of all risk assessment reports and consultancy projects. Having completed a wide range of audits (pre-acquisition, divestment, compliance) and intrusive investigations, Chris is an IEMA accredited auditor and specialises in project management. Being a CIWEM accredited practitioner and having completed a number of flood risk training courses, Chris is also well placed to advise on and manage flood risk assessments. Finding links and advising on the specific requirements and demands of developers with an appreciation and appropriate use of the environment; is on of the central tenants of Chris’ approach to risk management.
