Catherine is a barrister specialising in commercial litigation, with a particular interest in construction disputes. Her recent work has involved claims for defective works, payment, delay and disruption. Catherine also has experience in insurance coverage and property disputes, often related to or stemming from construction disputes. She regularly appears in the county and high courts in relation to a range of applications and substantive hearings and also represents clients in adjudications, arbitrations and mediations.
