Bryony joined Carey Olsen in 2008 and specialises in structured finance matters. She has acted on a number of transactions, including high-yield bond issuances and securitisations. Bryony has also advised on a range of banking and finance deals involving Jersey vehicles.
She has extensive experience in listing specialist debt, asset-backed securities and variable funding notes on The Channel Islands Securities Exchange.
Bryony has acted for a range of clients including global financial institutions and leading private equity firms.
