Professor Hannigan specialises in Company Law and is the author of a leading textbook on the subject (Company Law, 3rd Edition 2012, OUP) as well as of numerous articles on the subject.

She is the General Editor of Butterworths Corporate Law Service and a contributor to Buckley on the Companies Act, as well as Consultant Editor in respect of those volumes of Halsbury’s Laws of England devoted to Companies (vols 14 and 15) and Corporations (vol 24).
