Anne-Marie is a corporate law specialist. Her experience encompasses private mergers and acquisitions, reorganisations, takeovers and IPOs and she has also advised on various general corporate matters.

Anne-Marie qualified at Norton Rose, where she worked for a number of years as both an associate and as a Corporate PSL. She later moved to Charles Russell to take a role as a Corporate PSL. Her PSL experience includes creating and maintaining practice notes and precedents, producing internal and client briefings and organising and delivering legal training.
