Anna Medvinskaia
Anna specialises in consumer and regulatory law, including unfair trading, advertising, food law and financial regulation (including consumer credit). She has particular expertise in judicial review, having recently appeared as sole counsel in R. (on the application of Kingston upon Hull City Council) v Secretary of State for Business, Innovation and Skills [2016] C.T.L.C. 63, and in EU consumer law, having spent time in the consumer enforcement unit of the European Commission.
