Andrew Taplin

Andrew is a partner in the dispute resolution team at CMS. He acts for clients in a number of industry sectors with particular experience in financial services and funds and indirect investments disputes. Andrew's experience includes arbitration and international cross-border work. His recent work has included acting for a large real estate investment fund in proceedings against a developer, a substantial two-year arbitration between a European real estate fund and its insurer, and advising on the interpretation and enforcement of loan documentation for both subordinated lenders and borrowers.
