Andrew is a partner at Bond Dickinson LLP specialising in financial services regulation including: issues arising out of the Financial Services and Markets Act 2000; the PRA and FCA rules, European regulations and directives including the Capital Requirements Regulation and Capital Requirements Directive IV; regulatory matters applying to consumer credit, regulated mortgages, payment services and the issue of e-money finance; and financial crime.
He also has in-house experience having been a Vice President at Barclays Wealth, which provided him with an insight into the workings of the banking and financial services system across a range of markets and jurisdictions. Andrew also gained experience in new product development and managing projects to bring those new products to market.
Andrew acts for a range of firms including banks, insurers, investment firms, fund managers and consumer finance businesses helping them throughout their regulatory and product life cycles.
