Andrea Stauber is a partner in King & Spalding's International Arbitration practice. Based in London, Andrea previously worked as an associate in King & Spalding's Singapore office.

Andrea focuses principally on complex international commercial disputes, particularly in the construction, engineering, infrastructure and energy sectors. She has advised owners and developers, main contractors, subcontractors and consultants on a variety of projects, including roads, airports, power plants, oil and gas processing facilities, wind farms and chemical plants. She currently advises clients across Europe, Asia, Australia, the U.S. and Africa.

Andrea regularly represents clients in international arbitration under ICC, LCIA, SIAC and UNCITRAL rules. She is experienced in litigation, adjudication, mediation and expert determination. In addition, she provides strategic risk management and dispute avoidance advice throughout the execution phase of projects, with a view to achieving commercial solutions in line with clients' business needs.
