Andrea is a solicitor in PwC Legal's global immigration practice. Andrea has specialised in providing practical advice for Immigration, Nationality and Business Immigration matters including the Points Based System. Andrea also worked at Bindmans LLP for 5 years. Throughout her time there she became well versed in Employment and Immigration matters which enabled her to instinctively identify and advise upon the employment considerations that could arise in any immigration matter.

Andrea regularly advises on the ‘live’ tiers of the Points Based System and provides specific advice on the mechanics and architecture of the Points Based System. She has also attained Higher Rights of Audience (academic stage) which will allow her to represent clients in court in the future.
