Alex is a partner in the Finance and Projects group in DLA Piper’s London office and leads the Structured and Receivables Finance Group in the UK. His main areas of expertise are in receivables financing, asset-based lending, supply chain finance, transit finance and consignment and title finance. Alex has a wide-ranging client base which includes UK commercial banks and their wholly-owned subsidiaries, US banks and financiers, and the UK subsidiaries of overseas banks.

Alex is regularly invited to speak at UK and European industry conferences and seminars. He also provides regular in-house training programmes for a number of clients. These cover various topics including bespoke asset based products, cross-border transaction management, off balance sheet finance and issues relating to bi-lateral or syndicated asset-based lending transactions.
