Abigail Cohen

Abigail joined Chambers as a tenant in 2007 upon successful completion of her pupillage. She has a civil and common law practice encompassing health and safety, employment law, commercial litigation and personal injury.

Abigail has appeared in a number of high profile cases including the criminal prosecution arising out of the Buncefield oil storage depot explosion. She is currently instructed with Charles Gibson QC and Toby Riley-Smith in a group action arising out of two oil spills in the Niger Delta which is being brought in the English courts by several thousand Nigerian nationals.
