David Josiah-Lake, LLB, Solicitor

David is a solicitor specialising in family and children law, dealing with all the legal and financial issues surrounding relationship breakdown. Having started his career at Cole & Cole, he then joined Fisher Meredith before forming his own firm, Josiah-Lake Gardiner, in 2008. He is a member of Resolution (formerly the Solicitors Family Law Association) and the Family Law Panel of the Law Society, and he advises the media on all aspects of family law. He contributes to Butterworths Family Law Service and was a consultant editor for Halsbury's Laws of England on the Matrimonial and Civil Partnership title.
