Time limits checklist
Claims must be brought within specific time limits. This checklist sets out the relevant time limits for each claim, indicating where an extension of time may be allowed:
based on this (or similar) form of words: 'within such further period as the tribunal considers reasonable in a case where it is satisfied that it was not reasonably practicable for the claim to be presented before the end of the period of [three] months'
where a tribunal considers that, in all the circumstances of the case, it is 'just and equitable' to do so, or
where the normal time limit is extended by three months where Reg 15 of the Employment Act 2002 (Dispute Resolution) Regulations 2004 SI 2004/752 (now repealed but subject to transitional provisions) applies
The checklist of time limits is available here.
