Trust Law International

Journal

A mixed readership of practitioners and academics is provided with articles, Case Notes and Case Reports which address issues raised by the operation of both UK and foreign trusts. The subject matter of this journal also takes in areas embraced by trusts such as wills, tax, pensions and charities. This is a complex area of law, and trustees and their legal and financial advisors need to keep themselves informed to avoid becoming liable for breach of trust or professional negligence if trusts are not administered properly. Leading contributors help to make to Trust Law International an important reference source. A refereed journal, published quarterly.
