The Scottish Case Digests service provides comprehensive summaries of selected decisions from courts judging on Scottish law matters, including:
- the Supreme Court of the UK
- Court of Session - Outer House and Inner House
- High Court of Justiciary, including appeals
- Scottish sheriff courts
Digests and catchwords are prepared by experienced legally-qualified editors.
From 16 September 2006 the mode of citation for Scottish Case Digests changed from SC (D) to Scot (D).
