Previously published as “Clinical Risk”, “Journal of Patient Safety and Risk Management" name change took effect from issue 23.1, January 2018.

Journal of Patient Safety and Risk Management considers patient safety and risk at both the organisational and the practitioner level. It publishes papers, reviews and commentaries on all patient safety issues where there are implications for service provision, clinical and professional practice and management. The AvMA Medical and Legal Journal and the Healthcare & Law Digest, both included within Clinical Risk, contain articles on current medico-legal issues and reports on a wide range of recently settled clinical negligence cases.
