This Order may be cited as the Counter-Terrorism Act 2008 (Commencement No 4) Order 2009.

The following provisions of the Counter-Terrorism Act 2008 shall come into force on 1st October 2009—

(a)    sections 40 to 61 (notification requirements);

(b)    Schedule 4 (notification orders);

(c)    Schedule 5 (foreign travel restriction orders); and

(d)    Schedule 6 (notification requirements: application to service offences).
