1 Citation, commencement and application

(1)    This Order may be cited as the Fire and Rescue Services (Appointment of Inspector) Order 2007 and shall come into force on the day after the day on which it is made.

(2)    This Order applies in relation to the discharge of functions by fire and rescue authorities whose areas are in England only.
