1 Title and commencement

This Order may be cited as the Disease Control (England) (Amendment) (No 2) Order 2007 and comes into force at 12.00 noon on 8th September 2007.

EXPLANATORY NOTE

EXPLANATORY NOTE (This note is not part of the Order)

This Order amends the Disease Control (England) Order 2003 (SI 2003/1729) to remove the emergency measures that increase the standstill period from 6 to 20 days and disapply paragraph 8 of Schedule 1 and paragraph 13 of Schedule 2 in respect of certain movements in a sole occupancy group.

An impact assessment has not been prepared for this Order.
