(1) This Order may be cited as the Primary Care Trusts (Establishment and Dissolution) (England) Amendment (No 2) Order 2007 and shall come into force on 29th June 2007.
(2) In this Order, “the Order” means the Primary Care Trusts (Establishment and Dissolution) (England) Order 2006.
Specified date: 29 June 2007: see para (1) above.
(1) In Schedules 1, 2 and 3 to the Order, in each place where “North Lancashire Primary Care Trust” appears, before “Primary Care Trust” insert “Teaching”.
(2) The change of name effected by paragraph (1) shall not—
(a) affect any right or obligation of any person; or
(b) be taken as invalidating any instrument (whether made before or on or after the day on which this Order comes into force) which refers to the Primary Care Trust by its previous name,
and all instruments and other documents which refer to the Primary Care Trust under its previous name shall be construed as referring to it under its new name.

This Order changes the name of North Lancashire Primary Care Trust to North Lancashire Teaching Primary Care Trust.
