(1) The site in respect of which this Order is made is hereby identified as the site where a vessel lies, or may lie, wrecked on the sea bed in position Latitude 51°16.443 North, Longitude 01°34.537 East.
(2) The area within a distance of 150 metres of Latitude 51°16.443 North, Longitude 01°34.537 East, but excluding any part of that area which lies above the high water mark of ordinary spring tides, shall be a restricted area for the purposes of the Protection of Wrecks Act 1973.

This Order designates as a restricted area for the purposes of the Protection of Wrecks Act 1973 an area within a distance of 150 metres from the site of the wreck of a vessel which is believed to be the Rooswijk on the eastern edge of the Goodwin Sands, 7.6 miles southeast of Ramsgate, Kent.
