1 Citation and commencement

These Regulations may be cited as the Social Security (Graduated Retirement Benefit) (Amendment) Regulations 2005 and shall come into force on 5th April 2005.

2Amendment of the Social Security (Graduated Retirement Benefit) Regulations 2005

In regulation 1(2) of the Social Security (Graduated Retirement Benefit) Regulations 2005 (effect), for “paragraphs 3(2) and (3) and 13(2) and (3)” there shall be substituted “paragraphs 4(2) and (3) and 14(2) and (3)”.

These Regulations amend the Social Security (Graduated Retirement Benefit) Regulations 2005 (SI 2005/454) to correct an erroneous cross-reference in those Regulations relating to when certain provisions come into effect.
