(1) The fee to be paid to the Immigration Services Commissioner by each designated professional body for the year 1st April 2004 to 31st March 2005 shall be the sum specified in the Schedule to this Order.
(2) The fee shall be paid on or before 31st March 2005.

This Order specifies the fee to be paid by the designated professional bodies to the Immigration Services Commissioner (“Commissioner”) for the purpose of meeting the costs incurred by him in discharging his functions under Part V of the Immigration and Asylum Act 1999.
The level of the fee varies according to the designated professional body concerned. The different level of fee is designed to reflect the cost of the Commissioner's regulatory activity referable to each particular body.
The fees specified in the Schedule to this Order reflect the referable costs incurred in the course of the Commissioner's regulatory activity in the period 1st April 2003 to 31st March 2004.
