(1) This Order may be cited as the Registration of Political Parties (Prohibited Words and Expressions) (Amendment) Order 2005.
(2) The Order shall come into force on 19th February 2005.

(1) The Registration of Political Parties (Prohibited Words and Expressions) Order 2001 is amended as follows.
(2) After article 2(2)(d), insert a new subparagraph (e)—
“(e) Part V of the Schedule, if the words are used otherwise than as part of an expression prohibited in that Part”.
(3) At the end of Part IV of the Schedule to that Order, insert a new Part V—
None of the above.”

This Order amends the Registration of Political Parties (Prohibited Words and Expressions) Order 2001. The expression “None of the above” may not be included in the name of a political party.
