EXPLANATORY NOTE

EXPLANATORY NOTE (This note is not part of the Regulations)

This Order corrects an error in the Health and Social Care (Community Health and Standards) Act 2003 Commencement (No 2) Order 2004. It is intended that the commencement of the repeal of section 40(3) of the National Health Service (Primary Care) Act 1997 (interpretation) (as provided for in article 6(2)(p) of the Order) should relate only to personal medical services and not also to personal dental services.
