(1) This Order may be cited as the Drug Trafficking Act 1994 (Designated Countries and Territories) (Amendment) (No 2) Order 2002, and shall come into force on 23rd December 2002.
(2) This Order extends to England and Wales only.
Specified date: 23 December 2002: see para (1) above.
This Order does not extend to Scotland: see para (2) above.
There shall be inserted in Schedule 1 to the Drug Trafficking Act 1994 (Designated Countries and Territories) Order 1996 (designation of countries and territories for the purposes of sections 39 and 40 of the Drug Trafficking Act 1994), at the appropriate place in alphabetical order, the territory specified in the Schedule to this Order.

This Order does not extend to Scotland: see art 1(2).
