1 Citation and commencement

This Order may be cited as the Financial Assistance for Environmental Purposes (No 2) Order 2002 and shall come into force on 27th August 2002.

2Variation of section 153(1) of the Environmental Protection Act 1990

In section 153(1) of the Environmental Protection Act 1990 (purposes for which financial assistance may be given), after paragraph (pp) there shall be inserted—

“(qq)    the fund known as the Aggregates Levy Sustainability Fund;”.
