This Order may be cited as the Curfew Order and Curfew Requirement (Responsible Officer) (Amendment) Order 2001 and shall come into force at 7.00 pm on 1st October 2001.
Specified date: 1 October 2001 at 1900 hours: see above.
(1) In article 3(c) of the Curfew Order and Curfew Requirement (Responsible Officer) Order 2001, for the text from “GSSC” to the end there is substituted “Reliance Secure Task Management Limited of Boundary House, Cricketfield Road, Uxbridge, Middlesex UB8 1QG”.
(2) In the heading to Schedule 3 to that Order, for “GSSC OF EUROPE LIMITED” there is substituted “RELIANCE SECURE TASK MANAGEMENT LIMITED”.

This Order amends the descriptions of persons who are to be made responsible, by a curfew order or a curfew requirement included in a community rehabilitation order, for monitoring an offender's whereabouts during the curfew periods. Employees of GSSC of Europe Limited are replaced by employees of Reliance Secure Task Management Limited in the areas in which GSSC of Europe Limited formerly operated.
