This Order may be cited as the East Berkshire National Health Service Trust for People with Learning Disabilities and the West Berkshire Priority Care Service National Health Service Trust (Dissolution) Order 2001 and shall come into force on 1st April 2001.
Specified date: 1 April 2001: see above.
(1) The East Berkshire National Health Service Trust for People with Learning Disabilities established by the East Berkshire National Health Service Trust for People with Learning Disabilities (Establishment) Order 1991 is hereby dissolved, and accordingly that Order is hereby revoked.
(2) The West Berkshire Priority Care Service National Health Service Trust established by the West Berkshire Priority Care Service National Health Service Trust (Establishment) Order 1992 is hereby dissolved, and accordingly that Order is hereby revoked.

This Order dissolves on 1st April 2001:
the East Berkshire National Health Service Trust for People with Learning Disabilities;
the West Berkshire Priority Care Service National Health Service Trust.
This Order should be read in conjunction with the Berkshire Healthcare National Health Service Trust (Establishment) Order 2001.
