1 Citation and commencement

(1)    This Order may be cited as the Uttlesford Primary Care Trust (Establishment) Amendment Order 2001 and shall come into force on 1st April 2001.

(2)    In this Order “the Order” means the Uttlesford Primary Care Trust (Establishment) Order 2000; and

“the trust” means the trust established by the Order.

(1)    The Schedule to the Order shall be amended in accordance with the following paragraphs.

(2)    In the entry for the district of Uttlesford after Littlebury there shall be inserted “Little Hallingbury”.

EXPLANATORY NOTE (This note is not part of the Order)

This Order amends the establishment order of the Uttlesford Primary Care Trust (“the trust”), a Primary Care Trust established by Order under section 16A of the National Health Service Act 1977 by extending the area in which the trust is to undertake its functions.
