1 Citation and commencement

These Regulations may be cited as the Employment Tribunals (Constitution and Rules of Procedure) (Amendment) Regulations 2001 and shall come into force on 16th April 2001.

2Amendment of the Employment Tribunals (Constitution and Rules of Procedure) Regulations 2001

Regulation 1(2) of the Employment Tribunals (Constitution and Rules of Procedure) Regulations 2001 shall be amended by the substitution of the words “16th July 2001” for the words “18th April 2001”.

These Regulations amend the Employment Tribunals (Constitution and Rules of Procedure) Regulations 2001 (SI 2001/1171) by changing the coming into force date of those Regulations from 18th April 2001 to 16th July 2001.
