1 Citation and commencement

This Order may be cited as the Bay Community National Health Service Trust (Dissolution) Order 2001 and shall come into force on 1st April 2001.

The Bay Community National Health Service Trust established by the Bay Community National Health Service Trust (Establishment) Order 1998 is hereby dissolved, and accordingly that Order is hereby revoked.

This Order dissolves the Bay Community National Health Service Trust on 1st April 2001. It should be read in conjunction with the Morecambe Bay Primary Care Trust (Establishment) Order 2000 which established a new NHS trust.
