1 Citation, commencement and application

(1)    This Order may be cited as the National Health Service Trusts (Cardiff and Vale National Health Service Trust) (Originating Capital) (Wales) Order 2001 and shall come into force on 31st March 2001.

(2)    This Order shall apply to Wales only.

The originating capital of the Cardiff and Vale National Health Service Trust shall be One Hundred and ninety four million, one hundred and forty two thousand pounds (£194,142,000 ).
