This Order may be cited as the Central Sheffield University Hospitals and the Northern General Hospital National Health Service Trusts (Dissolution) Order 2001 and shall come into force on 1st April 2001.
Specified date: 1 April 2001: see above.
(1) The Central Sheffield University Hospitals National Health Service Trust established by the Central Sheffield University Hospitals National Health Service Trust (Establishment) Order 1991 is hereby dissolved, and accordingly that Order is hereby revoked.
(2) The Northern General Hospital National Health Service Trust established by the Northern General Hospital National Health Service Trust (Establishment) Order 1990 is hereby dissolved, and accordingly that Order is hereby revoked.

This Order dissolves on 1st April 2001:
the Central Sheffield University Hospitals National Health Service Trust;
the Northern General Hospital National Health Service Trust.
This Order is to be read in conjunction with the Sheffield Teaching Hospitals National Health Service Trust (Establishment) Order 2000. The Sheffield Teaching Hospitals National Health Service Trust is to carry out certain functions previously carried out by the trusts which are dissolved by this Order.
