1 Citation, commencement and application

These Regulations may be cited as the Seeds (Fees) (Amendment) (Wales) Regulations 2000, shall apply to Wales only and shall come into force on 7th March 2000.

At the end of Schedule 6 to the Seeds (Fees) Regulations 1985 the following wording shall be inserted—

—field beans, field peas and pulses, or
—grasses and herbage legumes,

These Regulations, which apply only to Wales, amend the Seeds (Fees) Regulations 1985 (as amended). The amendment provides for fees to be charged for examinations taken by crop inspectors and seed samplers (regulation 2).
