(1)    This Order may be cited as the Avon and Western Wiltshire Mental Health Care National Health Service Trust (Transfer of Trust Property) Order 2000 and shall come into force on 7th April 2000.

(2)    In this Order—

“the first Trust” means the North Bristol National Health Service Trust;

“the second Trust” means the Avon and Western Wiltshire Mental Health Care National Health Service Trust;

“the trust property” means the items specified in a schedule of trust property prepared by, agreed upon by and signed on behalf of the first and second Trusts on 21st January 2000.

On 7th April 2000 the trust property shall be transferred from the first Trust to the second Trust.

This Order transfers to the Avon and Western Wiltshire Mental Health Care National Health Service Trust on 7th April 2000 trust property held by the North Bristol National Health Service Trust.
