This Order may be cited as the Firearms (Variation of Fees) Order 2000 and shall come into force on 1st January 2001.

(1)    Section 32(1) of the 1968 Act (fees for firearm and shot gun certificates) is amended as follows.

(2)    In paragraph (a), for “£56” substitute “£50”.

(3)    In paragraph (b), for “£46” substitute “£40”.

(4)    In paragraph (d), for “£43” substitute “£50”.

(5)    In paragraph (e), for “£18” substitute “£40”.
