1 Citation and commencement

This Order may be cited as the Scunthorpe Community Health Care National Health Service Trust (Dissolution) Order 1999 and shall come into force on 1st October 1999.

The Scunthorpe Community Health Care National Health Service Trust established by the Scunthorpe Community Health Care National Health Service Trust (Establishment) Order 1992 is hereby dissolved, and accordingly that Order is hereby revoked.
