1 Citation and commencement

This Order may be cited as the Rugby National Health Service Trust (Dissolution) Order 1998 and shall come into force on 1st April 1998.

The Rugby National Health Service Trust established by the Rugby National Health Service Trust (Establishment) Order 1990 is dissolved, and accordingly that Order is revoked.

This Order dissolves the Rugby National Health Service Trust on 1st April 1998.

This Order should be read in conjunction with the North Warwickshire National Health Service Trust (Establishment) Amendment Order 1998 and the Walsgrave Hospitals National Health Service Trust (Establishment) Amendment Order 1998.
